Awaken daily just before sunrise to watch the night become day- it’s a sacred time in Bali when the birds sing, the sun is soft and the fields are quiet. 

 

Practice daily immersed in the raw beauty of nature + ritual to understand the mystical play of yin/yang, goddesses/gods, darkness/light, wherein duality becomes one to create a state of peace!

 

Sleep soundly in the quietude and darkness of night, under the effervescent stars, and glowing moon. 

Each day you will be guided through a set of Kundalini Yoga Kriyas + Herbal Tinctures + Rituals to Cleanse + Awaken your Ten Light Bodies of Consciousness.

Plant Based Meals, Astrology, and Shamanic Sessions will also foster a sense of inner balance and regeneration.
