Located in the eastern part of Jaipur at the foot of the Aravalli mountain chain, a beautiful temple awaits you. Nestled in the hills, the Hanuman Temple offers an array of sacred springs and pools as well as houses of worship.
Back in the 16th Century, this site served as a retreat for Hindus. Now, you’ll only find monkeys relaxing in the sanctuary. If you’ve seen the National Geographic series about rebel monkeys, you will quickly learn to keep a distance from them and to not stare into their eyes.
We recommend to take your time here to absorb the beauty of this old pilgrimage. You can sit on the steps of a temple and meditate or chant your favourite mantra.
We recommend :: Read up on the Hanuman before your visit.
